Sweetwater Lift Lodge is not tied to any one exchange company. You can access any of RCI's 5,103 timeshare resorts, or Interval International's 2,800 resorts, as well as Sweetwater Lift Lodge's own exchange affiliation through Blue Mountain Resorts.
Flexibility to vacation bank, vacation borrow, split your weeks or add more time through Bonus Time for longer vacations.
2019 Annual Maintenance Fees:
Studio - $544.00 per week
One Bedroom - $765.00 per week
Two Bedroom (85, 86 & 87) - $810.00 per week
Two Bedroom (88 & 89) - $739.00 per week
Presidential (31) - $911.00 per week
Executive (32) - $812.00 per week
Ambassador (33) - $812.00 per week
Two Bedroom Phase III - $738.00 per week
Two Bedroom Loft - $812.00 per week
Two Bedroom Phase V - $726.00 per week
Loft (61, 62, 72-75) - $833.00 per week
Topsiders - $764.00 per week

As an owner, you have access to reduced rates to stay one, two, or three or more nights. This privilege rate is called "Bonus Time". Bonus Time Rates are as follows:
Studio: $90 per night
One Bedroom: $120 per night
Two Bedroom: $145 per night
Three Bedroom: $160 per night

Board of Directors Notice of Solicitation Nominee Forms DUE 4/1:
The Board has approved moving the Notice of Solicitation Nominee Forms to the website. If you would like to be considered as a Board Member, please read the Solicitation of Nominee and Procedures, Complete the Application Form and submit to Sweetwater Lift Lodge no later than April 1st of every year to be considered.
2019 Notice of Annual Meeting and Proxy
